Chaplains in work

Workplace chaplaincy is about “going out to find where God is already at work”. It is about being interested in what is going on in the community for its people – in this case people at work, for example in shops, offices, law courts, local councils, new housing developments, on buses and in airports, cruise ships, football grounds and casinos, and at home.
Wherever the workplace is the chaplain aims to be along- side, non-judgemental and confidential, listening and providing support and compassion in difficult times and sharing the good times.
